On Thursday we received some surprising late Might rain, totaling about 1/4″ (6 mm). I didn’t really feel like getting my rain gear out so I did my exercise on my stationary bike. We’ve had nicer climate since, so I did some native cruises Friday and Saturday, then did 2 hours 45 minutes north by the Coyote Valley on my recumbent yesterday, at a brisk tempo with some intervals and on-bike energy coaching thrown in. I adopted that by quarter-hour of energy coaching within the storage. That is as arduous as I wish to push my leaky aortic valve till I do a follow-up with my heart specialist in August.
On the agricultural Dougherty Rd by Coyote ValleyPrevious Some Farm Fields on Hale AveHale Turns right into a divided street properly lined with bushes nearer to suburban South San Jose. I rode Hale then go off on residential streets at Bayliss, then adopted the foothills to Coleman Ave and again. Sadly my digicam ran out of battery so I don’t have footage of that stretch of the trip.
